Summary

Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence business area is seeking an AI-Powered Content Systems, Senior Manager for the Stationary Division. This role may be Hybrid, Remote, or On-site depending on location.

About the Role

 

The AI-Powered Content Systems, Senior Manager, is responsible for defining and operationalising a scalable, AI-enabled content strategy that supports the customer journey across global marketing programmes.

 

This leader will combine hands-on content expertise with system design and workflow development to create repeatable, high-quality content frameworks powered by artificial intelligence. The role will establish standards, governance, and automation that enable teams to efficiently produce technically credible, strategically aligned content that reflects Hexagon’s brand voice and measurement leadership.

 

This is both a strategic and execution-focused position requiring deep experience in B2B content ecosystems, AI tooling, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You'll Do

  • Define and execute a content strategy aligned to the full customer lifecycle, from awareness through advocacy.
  • Design and implement scalable AI-powered content systems, templates, workflows, and governance models.
  • Create high-impact content using AI tools while ensuring quality, technical accuracy, and brand compliance.
  • Establish global standards and best practices for AI-generated and AI-assisted content.
  • Build and manage a structured, measurable content production pipeline.
  • Transform existing customer and product content into modular, reusable digital assets.
  • Develop scalable video and multimedia content frameworks.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to integrate automation, performance metrics, and analytics.
  • Implement global optimisation best practices across digital content.
  • Lead and mentor designers, content contributors, and external agencies.
  • Train internal teams on AI tools, workflow adoption, and content governance standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B content strategy and creation within technical or industrial environments.
  • Demonstrated experience building scalable content systems and structured workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with AI content tools such as Jasper or comparable platforms.
  • Strong understanding of content governance, quality assurance, and brand consistency.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional marketing initiatives.
  • Experience leading creative contributors, designers, or agency partners.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing global optimisation best practices within enterprise organisations.
  • Experience with content experience platforms such as PathFactory or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing, metrology, digital reality, or industrial technology sectors.
  • Experience developing scalable video production workflows.
  • Experience integrating AI tools with marketing automation platforms.

Work Environment


This role operates in an office or remote setting using standard business technology, including computers and digital collaboration tools. The position requires regular cross-functional collaboration across global teams and may require occasional travel.
