Short description: We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager – Production Software (f/m/d) to join our remote EMEA team. In this role, you will take ownership of our marketing operations landscape, shaping scalable processes, systems, and data frameworks that enable effective, data-driven marketing across the division.
You will act as the technical backbone of marketing, managing CRM systems, ensuring data quality and integrations, and building dashboards and reporting frameworks to track performance and KPIs aligned with senior leadership. At the same time, you will define and optimize processes within the marketing ecosystem, working closely with creative and regional marketing teams to ensure smooth execution.
We are looking for someone who is hands-on, proactive, and enjoys building structures. You thrive in dynamic environments, bring a strong analytical mindset, and collaborate effectively across functions to continuously improve how marketing operates and scales.
Job Responsibilities
- Own and manage the marketing CRM ecosystem, ensuring data quality, compliance, governance, and alignment with sales processes.
- Oversee and optimize the marketing technology stack (automation, analytics, campaign tools), ensuring integration, scalability, and performance.
- Define and manage lead management processes, including scoring, routing, and lifecycle stages, in close alignment with sales operations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks, providing insights on campaign performance, pipeline, and ROI.
- Standardize and support campaign execution processes, including automation workflows, tracking, and segmentation.
- Enable regional marketing teams with tools, templates, and operational support for campaigns, events, and local initiatives.
- Act as the main point of contact for marketing operations topics across the division.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, data analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role
- Strong experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce/Pardot) and marketing automation platforms
- Deep understanding of marketing technology stacks, integrations, and data flows
- Strong experience with reporting, analytics, and performance tracking
- Knowledge of lead management processes and B2B marketing funnels
- Analytical, structured, and process-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a global, matrix organisation
- Fluent English (B1)
