Summary
The Global Internal Change & Communication Senior Specialist will be responsible for developing and driving change communication strategies to support key organizational transformations. This role requires working independently while ensuring alignment with global priorities. A key focus will be on change communications to support Hexagon MI’s implementation of SAP (S/4HANA), ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, clear messaging, and smooth adoption across the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy change communication strategies to support key organisational change. Particular focus on change communications to support Hexagon MI implementation of SAP (S/4HANA).
- Create clear, engaging content for multiple communication channels to target and engage relevant audiences, keeping all key stakeholder groups up to date on project milestones.
- Embedded within the SAP project team, collaborate with SAP programme director, MI senior leadership, HR and change management teams to ensure alignment of messaging and project plan.
- Identify and address communication and capability gaps to improve employee understanding and engagement – e.g. through communications, training etc.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication efforts, making adjustments as needed.
Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years in a similar role, leading major change linked to ERP systems, such as SAP S4 HANA
- Experience in a globally matrixed organization with international exposure
- Strong change management skills.
- Communications skills: ability to handle sensitive material and turn it into positively-framed and engaging messaging via tools such as Poppulo, Viva Engage and Sharepoint.
- Experience working in a globally matrixed industrial, technology, or manufacturing environment.
