Global Demand Generation Campaign Manager (f/m/d)

Summary

Job title: Global Demand Generation Campaign Manager (f/m/d)

Requisition: 2810

Divison Unit: Production Software

Location: South Africa or UK (remote)

Short description: We are looking for a high-calibre Global Demand Generation Campaign Manager (f/m/d) to be the strategic architect of our global go-to-market efforts. In this role, you will design the integrated narrative that connects our Production Software solutions (CAD-CAM software for manufacturers across Production Machining, Sheet Metal, Mould & Die, and Wood/Stone/Composites) to the evolving needs of the global manufacturing

You will sit at the center of a global collaborative hub, synthesizing input from product marketing, field sales and marketing, digital, and PR to create world-class campaign blueprints. You will lead the charge in activation, building influential relationships across a distributed global team spanning departments, regions, and sales channels.

We are looking for a strategic, collaborative, and proactive marketer who thrives in complex, global environments and is passionate about turning ideas into high-impact campaigns.

Job Responsibilities

  • Global Campaign Strategy: Lead the development of integrated, multi-touch campaigns for our two primary segments (Sheet Metal, Mould & Die).
  • Cross-Functional Concepting: Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate technical features into compelling campaign themes and work with the Creative Manager to develop a distinct visual identity for each initiative.
  • Regional & Sales Alignment: Act as the bridge to Regional Marketers, ensuring global campaigns are not only localised but also directly support regional sales priorities and local market priorities.
  • Activation Ecosystem Management: Design the "Activation Map" across all touchpoints:

    • Communities: Working with the communities marketing manager, define an activation plan for the campaign across our owned and industry communities.
    • Partner Channels: Creating "ready-to-go" campaign packages for our global partner network and working with the partner marketing manager to execute at scale through the indirect channel
    • PR & Media: Integrating earned media and thought leadership into the campaign flow.
    • Digital Team: Working with the digital team to activate with automation, organic and paid media, digital campaign architecture.

  • Performance Insight: Own the campaign’s impact. While the digital team provides the data, you provide the narrative—analysing global performance to identify which segments are winning and where we need to pivot, with regular reporting and visibility to marketing leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field. Candidates with a technical or scientific background who have specialised in marketing are also encouraged to apply.
  • 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of building global campaigns from the ground up.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills. You must be able to influence people who don't report to you (Regional Marketers, PR, Creative) to move in the same direction.
  • Manufacturing/SaaS savvy: Experience in the industrial or production software space is highly advantageous. You should be comfortable talking about "Mould & Die" as easily as you talk about "Click-through rates."
  • The Big Picture thinker: You thrive on the development phase; brainstorming, messaging, and planning how a campaign will ripple through different channels.
  • Global experience: You have previously worked across different regional markets with a solid understanding of the nuances of remote, multi-country collaboration, bringing global campaign plans to life.
  • Native or C2-level English is required; additional languages are a plus.

We encourage you to include a brief outline of a campaign strategy you have developed or an example of a past campaign (e.g. approach, structure, and impact) to showcase your strategic thinking and experience.

What we offer

  • A unique opportunity to shape a newly created role within a new divisional setup, giving you full ownership to make your mark and establish yourself as the global lead for campaigns
  • A highly collaborative, international marketing environment, where you will work closely with cross-functional teams across regions and build a strong global network
  • Strong growth and development potential in a pivotal role, with a high level of autonomy and ownership, empowering you to bring your ideas to life and drive real impact
