This role goes beyond routine tasks — you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring our high-accuracy portable measuring systems perform flawlessly, with the chance to take on future responsibilities in arm and tracker calibration.
Job Responsibilities
- Service & Support: Deliver outstanding technical support and service for Hexagon Metrology’s portable hardware products, including calibration, maintenance, and repair of high-precision measuring equipment.
- Fault Diagnosis & Repair: Conduct in-depth fault analysis down to the module level and provide detailed diagnostic reports, ensuring minimal downtime and exceptional performance for our customers.
- ERP System Management: Keep our ERP system up to date, tracking and managing service activities efficiently and accurately.
- Customer Communication: Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, providing timely updates on service progress, timelines, and solutions.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Uphold Hexagon Metrology's rigorous health and safety standards to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Qualifications
- Graduation from a vocational high school or associate degree program (Electrical-Electronics or Mechanical disciplines).
- Solid understanding of metrology, dimensional measurement devices, and calibration processes.
- General knowledge of portable measuring machines (6- and 7-axis arms, laser trackers).
- Familiarity with ASME B89.4.22-2004 and TS EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017 quality standards.
- Knowledge of ISO 10360-8 and ISO 10360-12 standards is a plus.
- Understanding of DIN 55 350 Part 18 standards is a plus.
- Experience with PC-DMIS software is advantageous.
- Fluency in Turkish; English proficiency is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license (Class B or higher).
- Willingness to travel: approximately 30% to Ankara office and customer sites, 70% based in Bursa laboratory.
