Short description: We are looking for a dedicated Management Systems Specialist (w/m/d) to oversee and maintain our ISO 17025-accredited quality systems in our laboratories located in Ankara. In this role, you will ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, manage documentation and calibration processes, and support internal and external audits. You will be instrumental in maintaining high-quality standards and operational excellence in our test and calibration labs.
 

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain ISO 17025 documentation and procedures for our laboratories
  • Oversee all aspects of laboratory system operations and documentation, including activities performed on customer sites
  • Track calibration cycles and coordinate timely dispatch of equipment for service
  • Review and approve calibration certificates before they are sent to customers
  • Identify appropriate measurement uncertainty methods and communicate them during official inspections
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and initiate corrective actions where needed
  • Plan, perform, and follow up on internal audits and corrective measures
  • Organize and participate in certificate renewals and interim audits by third-party assessors
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, including coordinating training and maintaining related documentation
     

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience working with ISO 17025 standards
  • Experience with ISO 9001 would be a strong advantage, but not mandatory
  • Background in Quality Management, particularly in machinery, hardware, or production/factory environments
  • Native Turkish speaker with B2 English proficiency (ability to understand and interpret documents)
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Completion of military service or exemption is required
