In this role you will provide best-in-class HR support to around 100 employees, primarily in Turkey and selected CEE countries, mostly Slovenia and Romania, across the full employee lifecycle – from contracts and onboarding to changes, exits and HR data management.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on HR work, is detail oriented and likes being the go-to person for employees and managers on HR operational topics.

  • Administrative support across the employee lifecycle (hire-to-retire), including preparation of employment contracts, job offers, addenda, onboarding and offboarding documentation, and salary change letters
  • First-line employee relations support on local level in Turkey, acting as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on day-to-day HR questions and policies
  • Generation and management of all employment-related documents and letters (e.g. contracts, offers, confirmations) primarily for Turkey, Slovenia and Romania
  • Interface between employees and external payroll provider, ensuring accurate and timely data flow, supporting local payroll-related queries, and contributing to payroll integration and time & attendance projects where needed
  • Collection, maintenance and accuracy control of HR master data in relevant systems, and preparation of regular and ad-hoc HR reports (e.g. headcount, turnover, absence) using Excel and internal tools
  • Ensuring compliance with local labor law, internal guidelines and regulatory requirements, including coordination of medical checks and other mandatory documentation in cooperation with local management and central HR teams

Qualifications

  • HR experience in Turkey, ideally in a similar HR Generalist / HR Operations role

  • Strong MS Excel skills and confidence working with HR data and reports
  • Experience with HRIS tools (e.g. SuccessFactors or similar) is an advantage
  • Able to independently prioritize, solve problems and manage multiple operational tasks with high attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset when dealing with employees and managers
  • Fluent language skills in Turkish and English
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid setup with regular presence in the Hexagon office in Bursa
  • Valid permit to work in Turkey
