Summary

Country Manager will be responsible for leading the overall business strategy and operations for the Portable division of Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence in Turkey.

This includes driving growth across sales, managing service delivery, and guiding application support teams.

The ideal candidate will bring a balanced mix of strategic vision, operational excellence, and customer-centric leadership.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies that foster growth and long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Lead and coordinate strategies across sales (direct and indirect, new equipment and aftermarket), application and service support functions.
• Ensure operational excellence by streamlining processes, maintaining service quality, and executing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to align local strategies with broader EMEA goals.
• Manage, coach, and develop a cross-functional team to enhance technical, commercial, and customer service capabilities.
• Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives while identifying new market opportunities.
• Ensure relevant business performance reporting and forecasting of the country towards the region.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a sales, service, or technical applications environment.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams, ideally in a B2B industrial technology company.
• Strong knowledge of metrology and manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English and Turkish; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally.
