AFM Coordinator

Summary

Join our team as an AFM Support Coordinator, where you’ll play a key role in managing aftermarket activities and supporting our application and service teams across Turkey. This role involves hands-on coordination with engineers, logistics, and purchasing, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations of the application engineering and service teams across Turkey
  • Plan and schedule field engineers’ weekly activities
  • Prepare quotations and coordinate documentation for aftermarket services
  • Manage spare parts logistics and maintain communication with factories and purchasing teams
  • Support problem resolution and ensure smooth installation and delivery processes
  • Use ERP, CRM, and MS tools to ensure efficient planning and reporting

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in planning or coordination roles
  • Basic knowledge of ERP and CRM systems
  • Familiarity with Supply Chain & Logistics and inventory management (a plus)
  • Fluency in Turkish and at least B1/B2 level English
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work across teams and departments
