Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations of the application engineering and service teams across Turkey
- Plan and schedule field engineers’ weekly activities
- Prepare quotations and coordinate documentation for aftermarket services
- Manage spare parts logistics and maintain communication with factories and purchasing teams
- Support problem resolution and ensure smooth installation and delivery processes
- Use ERP, CRM, and MS tools to ensure efficient planning and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in planning or coordination roles
- Basic knowledge of ERP and CRM systems
- Familiarity with Supply Chain & Logistics and inventory management (a plus)
- Fluency in Turkish and at least B1/B2 level English
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work across teams and departments
