Summary

As a Service Technician you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and calibration of our multisensory machinery (Coordinate Measuring Machines - CMM) and accessories at our clients’ sites around Hungary. The aim is to perform with a practical and hands-on approach to match or exceed our customer expectations.

Job Responsibilities

• Technically skilled in maintenance and calibration of stationary CMMs at customers sites
• Able to take care of the installation of new stationary machines
• Follow through to resolve the technical issues with troubleshooting and diagnosis
• Take ownership of customer issues and offer online and remote support if needed
• Able to prepare and create adequate and timely reports 

Qualifications

• Background in mechanical or electrical engineering (education or similar technical experience)
• Proficiency in English and Hungarian (spoken and written)
• Willingness to travel to customer sites (mostly national)
• Valid driver’s permit (category B)
• Basic IT knowledge is a plus (CRM or Office)
• Eagerness to learn and expand on their practical and technical hands-on knowledge
