Your role with us

Are you passionate about technology, enjoy explaining complex technical concepts, and want to work at the interface between product development, applications and international sales? This role is centered around hands-on interaction with our products and applications. As your responsibilities will include working with our showroom and its technical equipment, conducting product demonstrations and providing practical support, regular on-site presence at our Braunschweig location is required. You should therefore live in the Braunschweig area, ideally within approximately 50 km of the site, or be willing to relocate to the region.

  • Create training materials, support documentation, technical content and case studies.
  • Deliver training sessions and explain technical concepts in a clear, practical and accessible way.
  • Gather customer feedback, document requirements and work with Product Management, Marketing and R&D to incorporate these insights into the further development of our solutions.

Qualifications

  • A completed degree in a technical or scientific discipline, or a comparable technical qualification, for example in Mechanical Engineering, Geodesy/Surveying Engineering, or a related field.
  • Ideally, experience with bending machines, manufacturing technologies or comparable industrial machinery and applications.
  • Knowledge of coordinate metrology would be an advantage.
  • An interest in image processing, scanning technologies and technically complex products.
  • Enthusiasm for explaining technical concepts and sharing your knowledge with others.
  • A strong service and customer focus, combined with patience and the ability to adapt your communication style to different audiences.
  • An independent and structured approach to your work, as well as an enjoyment of teamwork.
  • Strong communication skills and an interest in working in an international environment.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English.
  • Willingness to travel: Occasional business travel is part of the role. On average, you can expect approximately one trip per month, primarily within Germany and Europe. International travel outside Europe will only be required occasionally.

What we offer

  • A permanent position in an exciting and future-focused technology environment.
  • 30 days of annual leave.
