Summary

As a ServiceMax Developer, you will contribute to the design, development, support and continuous improvement of enterprise applications supporting customer engagement and business operations. Working with global stakeholders, you will deliver scalable, secure and high-quality solutions while supporting digital transformation initiatives across Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence.

Following Hexagon's acquisition of Waygate Technologies, a global leader in non-destructive testing (NDT), Hexagon is integrating Waygate's applications and processes into its global technology landscape. As part of this transformation, Hexagon is establishing a new IT Centre of Excellence in Barcelona to lead application modernisation, system integration, and ongoing support. This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape the future IT landscape of a strategic new business while contributing to Hexagon's global IT transformation.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, customise, and support the ServiceMax platform and related enterprise applications to enable field service workflows, work orders, scheduling, asset management, and other service operations aligned to Hexagon's target architecture.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and refine business requirements, translating them into scalable technical solutions.
• Support implementation and integration activities with Salesforce, ERP, and other enterprise systems, including configuration, development, testing, and data migration to enable seamless end-to-end service processes for Day 1 and TSA transition.
• Maintain, enhance, and optimise the ServiceMax platform by resolving production issues, performing root cause analysis, improving system performance, and delivering continuous enhancements to support reliable and efficient field service operations.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance to ensure solutions are robust, secure, and meet business requirements.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure all development follows established standards, best practices, and governance processes.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience aligned with a mid-to-senior professional level based on role scope.
• Experience with technologies relevant to the position.
• Strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are advantageous.
