Summary

Application Engineer – ESPRIT 

 

Overview 

 

The Application Engineer provides pre- and post-sales technical expertise for Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence Production Software solutions, with a focus on ESPRIT CAD/CAM. The role partners with customers, sales teams, machine tool builders, and channel partners to deliver demonstrations, implementation, training, and technical support.

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Deliver technical demonstrations and solution presentations. 

  • Provide customer implementation, training, and technical support. 

  • Support sales teams, machine tool manufacturers, and partners. 

  • Validate, localize, test, and document new software releases. 

  • Identify opportunities to improve customer productivity using CAD/CAM, digital twin, automation, and AI technologies. 

Qualifications

Experience with CAD/CAM software. 

Knowledge of CNC machining and manufacturing processes. 

Proficiency with Microsoft Office. 

Strong communication and customer-facing skills. 

 

Preferred 

 

Experience with ESPRIT. 

Knowledge of APIs, scripting, or automation. 

Ability to communicate technical concepts in English. 

Interest in AI and manufacturing technologies.
