Summary
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for Hexagon CAD/CAM solutions, aggregating commercial proposals, to guarantee and provide new business. Provide services to customers and project evaluation, generating specifications, development, and delivery.
Responsabilities
• Pre-sale and post-sale technical support
• Collaborate with software development team to drive core product growth
• Develop custom software solutions for customers and industry partners
• Create and present technical training curriculums
• Travel to customer and industry partner facilities to execute projects and conduct
advanced technical training sessions. Up to 30% travel time per year
• Cultivate an array of business relationships within the manufacturing sector
• Creation and modification in postprocessors
• Provide training to customers, reseller network and partners
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
• BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in CAM programming (ESPRIT/EDGECAM preferred)
• Experience with CNC machining, part programming and knowledge of the manufacturing industry

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (English)
