Summary

We are seeking an Applications Engineer who will be responsible for providing pre- and post-sales support directly to customers. The role involves tasks such as training, service inquiries, fault finding, and programming, aiming to optimize customer utilization of our technology.
 

Job Responsibilities

• Pre and after sales activity
• Customers training
• Provide support using various Hexagon products including both stationary and portable devices like Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), Measuring Arms and Laser Trackers, while also utilizing Hexagon software solutions like PC-Dmis, Quindos, Spatial Analyzer, Inspire, Q-DAS and more.
• Deliver on-site  and online applications support and resolve customer complaints efficiently
• Conduct programming tasks and ensure timely completion of customer deadlines
• Drive Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives within the department
• Develop training material for new products and enhancements
• Maintain compliance with safety standards during on-site visits

Qualifications

• Prior metrology experience, but we are open for Mechanical Engineering graduates too
• Engineering background with relevant qualifications
• Fluent Dutch, both written and spoken
• Readiness to travel and deliver trainings to our customers
