Position Summary

Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence is seeking a Marketing Programs Manager to develop, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing programs that support growth across the Production Software division.

This role will serve as a critical link between marketing strategy and execution, translating business priorities, product initiatives, customer needs, and commercial objectives into structured marketing programs that generate demand, engage customers, support sales, and contribute to pipeline and revenue growth.

The Marketing Programs Manager will work closely with Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, Product Management, Marketing Operations, Marketing Communications, and regional marketing teams to build integrated programs that can be effectively executed and scaled across markets.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, commercially minded B2B marketer who understands how to bring together messaging, content, digital activation, events, sales enablement, and regional execution into cohesive programs. This individual should be comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and initiatives while maintaining a strong focus on measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage integrated marketing programs aligned with Production Software business priorities, growth objectives, target markets, and customer segments.
  • Translate divisional marketing strategies into clear program plans, timelines, deliverables, activation strategies, and success measures.
  • Build quarterly and annual marketing program roadmaps in partnership with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, Sales, and regional teams.
  • Identify opportunities to connect individual marketing activities into broader, coordinated customer journeys and campaigns.
  • Balance global priorities with regional market needs to develop programs that are Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across channels including digital, email, webinars, events, content, paid media, social media, partner marketing, and sales outreach.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate positioning, messaging, customer insights, and product value propositions into actionable campaign strategies.
  • Develop campaign briefs that clearly define target audiences, customer challenges, messaging, offers, channels, content requirements, timelines, and expected outcomes.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness, scalability, and speed to market.
  • Develop marketing programs designed to generate awareness, qualified demand, sales opportunities, and pipeline for Production Software solutions.
  • Partner with Digital Marketing and Demand Generation teams to develop audience targeting, acquisition, nurturing, and conversion strategies.
  • Partner with Sales to ensure marketing programs align with commercial priorities and provide clear opportunities for sales follow-up.
  • Develop lead nurturing and re-engagement strategies that move prospects through the customer journey.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and regional organizations to identify opportunities within the installed customer base.
  • Use customer behavior and engagement data to identify opportunities for more personalized lifecycle marketing.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Content, Creative, and Marketing Communications teams to identify and develop assets required to support marketing programs.
  • Coordinate development of campaign materials including landing pages, emails, webinars, videos, customer stories, case studies, white papers, digital advertising, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Maintain consistency of messaging and customer experience across program touchpoints.
  • Serve as a key connection point between divisional marketing strategy and regional marketing execution.
  • Partner with regional marketing teams to adapt global programs for local markets, industries, languages, and commercial priorities.
  • Develop campaign toolkits and activation frameworks that make programs easier for regional teams to execute.
  • Establish clear objectives and KPIs for marketing programs and regularly evaluate performance against those objectives.
  • Track metrics including engagement, leads, MQLs, opportunities, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, campaign ROI, and revenue influence.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure proper campaign tracking, lead management, attribution, and reporting.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve campaign planning, research, audience insights, content development, personalization, analysis, and program execution.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, integrated marketing, demand generation, campaign management, marketing programs, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and managing integrated, multi-channel marketing programs.
  • Strong understanding of B2B customer journeys, demand generation, lead management, and sales funnels.
  • Experience managing campaigns across digital, email, content, webinars, events, social media, and other marketing channels.
  • Strong project and program management capabilities with experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Product Management, and regional marketing organizations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance and translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot/Account Engagement, Eloqua, or similar technologies.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced, global matrix organization.
  • Experience marketing B2B software, SaaS, CAD/CAM, manufacturing software, engineering technology, industrial automation, or other complex technical solutions.
  • Experience working within manufacturing, engineering, industrial technology, or related markets.
  • Understanding of manufacturing audiences including engineers, CNC programmers, manufacturing leaders, operations professionals, and business decision-makers.
  • Experience developing marketing programs across multiple regions, brands, products, or business units.
  • Experience with account-based marketing and enterprise customer acquisition.
