What You'll Do

We are seeking an ambitious Account Executive (AE) to join our Connected Worker sales team. In this role, you will drive new business opportunities, build trusted customer relationships, and position our digital workflow solutions as essential tools for operational transformation.

You will work with warm leads from Hexagon intercompany partners while also creating opportunities through your own efforts, such as networking events, exhibitions, and industry engagement. This role requires a consultative sales approach, the ability to learn new technologies quickly, and a strong drive to exceed targets.

  • Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities for Nexus Connected Worker solutions.
  • Build, manage, and grow strong customer and partner relationships.

  • Deliver tailored sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.

  • Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas.

  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to generate pipeline.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term success.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.

  • Travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of proven success in sales, account management, or business development.

  • Track record of meeting or exceeding quota.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — strong listener and storyteller.

  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Coachable, with a strong drive to learn and grow.

  • Experience selling into manufacturing or industrial markets a plus.

  • Ability to build trust and long-term customer partnerships.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
