Short description: We are looking for a Project Manager (f/m/d) to join our AQS team. In this role, you will lead complex industrial projects from planning through execution and delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives. You will act as a key point of contact for both customers and internal teams, coordinating cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end management of projects, ensuring the achievement of scope, planning, budget, and quality objectives.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities in close collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain structured and proactive communication with customers, including regular project review meetings and status updates.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, dependencies, and deviations to ensure successful project execution.
- Track and validate project milestones, deliverables, and billing status throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within project management processes and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- First experience in Project Management within industrial projects (ideally in the automotive sector or comparable industries).
- Good understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers on both technical and business topics.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments.
- Good command of English and German (minimum B1 level), both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
- Valid Class B driver’s license.
