The Sales Operations Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the sales organization by providing analytical insights, optimizing processes, and driving operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, improve sales performance, and enhance the overall effectiveness of our sales operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, providing actionable insights to sales leadership.
- Forecasting and Reporting: Assist in sales forecasting and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data for informed decision-making.
- Sales Process Optimization: Evaluate and optimize sales processes, workflows, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess sales team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- CRM Management: Maintain and administer the CRM system, ensuring data integrity, user adoption, and alignment with business requirements.
- Sales Compensation Analysis: Assist in the design, implementation, and administration of sales compensation plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and other departments to align strategies, initiatives, and objectives.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to sales teams on CRM usage, sales processes, and best practices.
- Process Documentation: Document sales processes, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in sales operations, business analysis, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with 6sense, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Geopointe, Xactly, Conversica preferred
